The interview process was a standardized method of evaluating applicants. Behavioral questions were asked of all candidates, the questions are based on relevant past experiences and the process was a 1:1 meeting.

Written application, 1 interview, relaxed atmosphere. It was in front of a panel of executives and I had to provide a presentation on motivation. I was to provide an avenue to capture attention, maintain attention and achieve goals to better motivate employees.
