I applied online and then received an email a few days later with a date for a telephone interview which I confirmed. At phone interview I was asked to tell them about myself and go over my CV before they went on to ask me questions and tell me more about the position and the hours.

pretty simple, they ask about how you may approach certain situations, previous experience rlated to the role, they also asked if i had any hobbies. pretty light in comparison to ther companies
