The process was efficient but fairly standard for an entry-level BA role. It started with an HR phone screen about my resume and interest. The main stage was a panel interview with a hiring manager and a senior analyst. They focused on situational questions ("Tell me about a time...") and basic requirements understanding. Communication was clear regarding timelines. Good process for foundational roles, though lacking deep technical assessment.

Then After passing that a technical interview which is Heavily based on sql. You write basic to intermediate queries using join sub queries and aggregate functions.
