Long waiting time for the interviewees to come (waited nearly half an hour and nobody come and find me in the meeting room). The interviewees are quite friendly. I feel like they would like to find someone who could OT long time instead of somebody who is passionate and talented.

They asked about what I did in my previous work and why I would like to change my job. They also asked about whether I am willing to do some technical support work (need to be able to answer phone call even in midnight)
