Submit application, resume and cover letter, If selected first is a phone interview covering facts submitted on the resume.Second step might bean interview with 2 person team. The Third step would include an interview with 3 person team, usually Human resource manager, Department head and an employee. A commitment letter confirming hire with further instruction.

Applied online, they called for a phone interview, then I went in for an in person interview a week later, where they gave me a tour of the plant and we spoke for awhile then a few weeks later I was told I didn’t get the job.
