The interview was a one on one person setting. It was a comfortable atmosphere. There weren't any "throw a curve" type of questions. Process lasted under 30 minutes. However, I was told by the recruiter that I interviewed very well, but did not get the job because I did not "culturally" fit their environment. I was absolutely shocked at this response, not knowing exactly what this meant!
