Starts with recruiter call, then schedule call with hiring manager. The hiring manager called from a cell phone while driving after leaving another building in a different state. Very unprepared for the interview, did not have my resume, and wanted to push off an actual interview until she was in Florida several weeks later. I declined to move forward and rescinded my application.
