The interview took around 3 hours. The first part was done with one person, then the second half was done with the whole team (3 guys). I actually got an offer on the spot, so talked to HR about all the benefits and health care systems prior to ending the interview. After the interview, I was sent documents to get security clearances, to fill out tax documents and to prepare for my healthcare packages/choices. The company was very accommodating, in scheduling an interview, answering questions/concerns and setting a reasonable start (they gave me two months, though I asked for 4-6 weeks) the people that I interviewed with were all really great people, nice and had a good working relationship with each other.
