      Entrevista

      The interview process began with an online assessment test that lasted a good couple of hours. If you "passed", you were called to come in for a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face consisted of a group of 4 candidates (for different positions) who were gathered in a conference room. The process began as a general overview of what would be happening, which included a provided schedule. Each candidate then interviewed with 3 different people - one each from HR, Customer Service, and Engineering - in which we were asked general questions that were of the "tell me about when you...", "how did you handle...", and "what would you do if.../give me an example". These interviews were approximately 20-30 minutes each. We were then given a topic to (as a group) research, put together a presentation, and present it to two directors/managers. Afterward, the directors/managers asked us questions about the topic in the presentation, if some options were left out. Finally, we had to take a shortened version of the initial online assessment test. The entire process took 5 hours, not counting driving time. Note: Silence is NOT golden in this case! I would have given the interview experience a positive, except for the fact that they didn't bother to contact me afterward, even to give a generic "thank you, but no" email. Very bad form, if you ask me, especially since I spent an entire day hand-writing thank-you notes to 9 different people. The people were friendly, and I appreciated the chance they gave me to interview with them, but I think they, or any businesses, for that matter, need to realize that our time is just as precious, and we should be afforded the same respect you ask of us. It doesn't take a lot of time to send out a generic email to a candidate.

      None of the questions were very difficult in and of themselves. They were mostly behavioral, and the hardest part was trying to remember a situation from the past to use as an example.
