The interview was carried out in the form of a recruitment evening. Firstly we were split into smaller groups and carried out team building activities and scenario roleplays. Successful candidates were then chosen to conduct 1-2-1 interviews on the same day. The whole process lasted around 2/3 hours.

A phone interview first to see what you're looking for and to see if you are a good fit, as you need to be comfortable with kids. Informal and easy to chat with the manager. Made it less scary meeting them for the interview.
