1st screening by phone, 2nd interview on site. In-depth technical brainstorming, very engaging and stimulating discussion. Great visit of the premises and discussion with the team. The interview was long (2 hours) and challenging, but there was a very good atmosphere. Finally, a 3rd interview was organized with the CEO, focusing more on understanding my character and work philosophy, as well as management point of view.
