The interview process was straightforward and thorough. I was approached by an internal recruiter via LinkedIn in Nov 2024, we had a call and I answered some screening questions, then I had a shadow morning with an optometrist in early December. My interview with two regional managers was held via a video call later that day. Everyone was friendly and approachable. The interview took just under 1.5hrs and gave me plenty of opportunities to talk about my experience and ask questions. Many of the questions asked of me were competency based. It did take approximately 8 weeks to receive an offer, but this was due to the time of year and other external factors, and I was kept in the loop the entire time.
