There were a couple steps to the whole thing, first a quick conversation with a manager, then you go to one of the events to see it first hand, then another conversation to wrap things up back in the office. Everyone seemed really positive and enthusiastic about what they were doing which made it seem like a great group. The concept was all very new to me, and I was surprised that they would actually bring us to an event, most interviews I've been on recently are more subtle less up front. I appreciate the depth.
