I had a very good experience interviewing at Outplay for the position of SDR. From round 1 till the end they gave a very brief idea about vision and what they're essentially looking for in a candidate. Also, it enabled a climate for me to perform better in the process.

5 rounds of Interview.
I have to mention the entire interview process was smooth and all the interviewers and recruiters were warm in their approach.
First two rounds are to measure the candidate's technical competency for the role.
Third and Fourth rounds involve questions to gauge the candidates mindset and approach to work and their previous experiences, to measure if they will fit the expectations of the role and the work environment.
Fifth round is the culture fit round with the HR, following which if they like the candidate, then compensation, benefits and offers are discussed in the same round.
The entire process was considerably faster than how much time companies usually take with their recruiting process, which showed that Outplay valued my time, and I would like to really appreciate that.

The technical rounds comprise of mock call, cold call, cold email competency and objection handling tests.
The questions in rest of the rounds would really be personalized depending on your past work experience and role applied for.
