Entrevista
A zoom Interview of which the interviewer was based in Portugal.
The Interviewer whose name was Sergio appeared combative, it was as if he had convinced himself that I wasn't good enough for this Job and wanted to prove so.
He corrected some of my questions but he himself said he couldn't remember some of the answers.
He came across as dominating and egotistical. I definitely won't want to work for someone with his personality type.

1) Describe an Agile meeting workflow and suggest ways to improve it.
It was a very poorly structured process, as the technical interviewers did not even know what position I had applied for and they always asked the same questions for any technical position

I have attended march 2022, they conducted in zoom, very beautiful greetings, and simple smiley talking, They have given scenarios, we need to explain them and how to solve them, overall it is very good.

Not nice they didn’t send zoom invite , they forgot , how poor this was bad experience . I’m not happy about that interview process .please ask or check with them before one hour of interview.
