It was a brief over the phone interview. We went through my work history and a few test chat sessions. It was quite brief and easy. I was asked how I would respond in certain situations.

What if you had three chats to answer to and the third one was more important. How would you handle that, which chat will you handle first.
A representative will call you if your resume meets the qualifications. The interviews are done over the telephone. The details of the job are broken down and if you are still interested you will receive an email with links to take a typing test and personality test. And if you pass the tests, you are sent your invitation for the training schedule. Training is done online, you will need a USB headset to participate in the online classes. The training is for 2 weeks before you go live on your first scheduled shift.
