Signed NDA, which was fine. Went through 3 interviews, followed by an unpaid PowerPoint presentation which took 40 hours, and they asked me to redo because they wanted something different. The process took about 4 weeks and I was declined the job, saying they had moved ahead with someone else for the role. Today I saw that the job was reposted a few days ago on LinkedIn, 3 weeks after I was declined an offer to move ahead. Also, I was told to be "High Energy" with the implication behind the words to be more youthful in the meeting the day before my presentation. As someone over 40, that was more than a little insulting. I feel like the company is looking for younger millennials and Gen Z employees over older employees.
