It was more interviews than what I had expected, but very nice people at all levels of the company (at least that I met). Unique culture - was glad to have met so many and also felt more confident accepting the offer

I was referred to the role and put through the standard process starting with a phone interview with the recruiter responsible for filling the role. The interaction was not particularly engaging and if felt like going through the motions. Although I answered all questions based on being highly qualified for the role when the call ended, I had already made up my mind I would not pursue the role and let the recruiter know in a follow-up e-mail.

Interviews were industry standard in terms of questions and answers about direct experience and behavioral questions. Efficiency with the interviews; heard back relatively quickly from HR and the manager; interviews were taken place on Teams
