I had one HR interview, a practical project & a technical interview. Everything went smoothly and the interviews were done to the point. I have given more than enough time to submit the project. Everyone from the company has given very clear answers for my concerns.

Entrevista
At first you'll talk to their recruiter, most likely to assess if you're a good candidate. After this you'll have an interview with probably a Tech Lead and someone in which you'll get to know each other and talk about your technical knowledge and projects you worked on. Next step is a coding challenge which isn't hard. After this you'll have an interview with the same engineers again to talk about the coding challenge. Lastly you'll talk to their Director of Product to assess if you'll be a good fit soft skills wise.

Something urgent changes are needed on the system and your team concludes it needs 3 months. For some reason that is out of your and everyone else's control (like a new law is passed), the deadline is 1 month. How would you handle that?
