Really poor hiring process. They’ve been looking to fill the position for over a year so that says a lot about them. Asked me for two interviews which is fine but on my way out the hiring manager said I’ll definitely be back to the library. So I thought I was getting the job. They also sent me a background check which is usually only done for the person you selected. Not everyone just to cover your basis. Really crummy experience. They are also big on DEI which I love but they hired a white person and the hiring team was completely white. You’re just gonna hire ppl that look and think like you when you’re white.
