Initial phone screening -> technical interview -> take-home project -> another interview After the technical interview, I received an invitation to a take-home .NET sample app project. The objective was to add certain crud functionality to it.

Phone screening were questions relating to experience, reasons for wanting to join, etc... Technical interview involved sql questions, best practices, and architecture questions.
