There is no process in place and my experience getting an update on my application or even an estimated timeframe of when they will reach out to qualified candidates was nothing short of disrespectful, unprofessional and disappointing. I have been offered silly excuses of "the hiring manager is off this week" which truly are insulting after I have promptly completed all the tests they required me to. This truly speaks volumes about the culture of the company and the integrity of the people you will get to work with.
