Entrevista
typical interview process usually follows a structured sequence designed to evaluate both technical ability and cultural fit.
It often starts with an initial application screening, where a recruiter reviews your resume to see if you meet the basic qualifications. If selected, you move to a phone or video screening with a recruiter, which focuses on your background, interest in the role, and salary expectations.
Next is usually one or more interviews with the hiring manager or team members. These rounds dive deeper into your experience, problem-solving skills, and how you handle real work scenarios through behavioral and situational questions.

Pretty good experience. HR round was a little short, more-so explaining the role than asking questions. Then you must take a cognitive assessment consisting of math and puzzle problems. Next I had 3 more rounds. I spoke with a manager, then two more managers, then a director. All were very nice and seemed interested in what I had to say. Felt more like a conversation than interview which always makes it more enjoyable.

The recruiter was late to the call after rescheduling last minute the day before. She mentioned during the call the role switched over to a 3 month "training" where no Sales development rep is eligible for commission. Range was 50k - 55k. After those 3 months of performing well, you can then earn 9k each quarter. Products seem complicated to not be eligible for commission right off the bat and then capped on top of that. I explained that was not aligned for what I am looking for and chose not to continue.
