Interview was targetted selection type with the CEO. Really interested in my view of the future and how I thought that I can influence strategy. Conversational in nature but really clever questions trying to test my understanding, initiative and motivation

I was contacted by an overseas recruiter with an interview offer, then one virtual interview (MS Teams) was scheduled and took place, I was advanced to the next round, process was quick, feedback was timely, interviewers were hiring manager and 2-up, straight forward

Entrevista
The initial interview was 2 hours in length, panel of 2, HR present along with Line Manager. Usual interview questions. Interviewer made me feel at ease but asked some on the spot questions. Nice people interviewing, very professional . Came out of the interview feeling positive. Company well known and was really hoping to get the job.
