The interview process is very straightforward. I was contacted by HR to discuss the role, responsibilities, and the fit. I then had a meeting with the hiring manager, as well as the CEO. The next steps were always very clearly communicated, and I reliably had HR as my point-of-contact throughout the process. The decision-making between each step was not delayed, as it seemed like all team members were in good communication with each other.
