Entrevista
Eerst een kort telefonisch gesprek over technische skills en motivatie. Daarna een gesprek van ongeveer 1 uur met de Resource Manager. Dit gesprek gaat dieper in op technische skills, projecten en wat uw motivatie is. Dat was een heel aangenaam gesprek. Ten slotte een laatste, kort gesprek met de Business Unit Manager. In dit gesprek ga je nog eens snel over je CV. Het lijkt vooral nog een formaliteit.

Entrevista
A phone interview with HR, followed by an interview with a Data Scientist, who asked theory questions and then with the Manager of the Data Science team. Everyone was very friendly.

Entrevista
Recruitment meeting in offices in Mechelen, talked with HR and data scientists there. Typical questions: about yourself as person, about the job content, about statistics etc. Friendly people and clear process.
