One Phone Interview and 2 days of on site interviews. Day 1: Technical; Day 2: Functional and Cross-Disciplinary. Most of the technical interviews are Algorithms and Data-Structures based. SQL knowledge is a must. They also throw some low-level systems questions in there for fun. The recruiters have an excellent turnaround time. By the time I reached back home from the on-site interview, I had received a call form the recruiter (within 30mins) about my interview feedback and the next steps.
