      The process consisted of four parts: 1. Initial Screening Call with HR This part was smooth and pleasant. I was asked some interesting questions, such as how to explain a technical term to a non-technical person. 2. Online Assessment This part felt a bit odd. The questions were mostly general assessment and logic-based. While they were enjoyable to answer, I expected more technical and position-specific questions given that this is a senior-level position requiring extensive experience and knowledge in specific areas. I didn't find this assessment very meaningful. 3. Technical Interview This part was more relevant as I was asked about handling design issues, conflicts, and a whiteboard design question. Although the questions were enjoyable, they were relatively easy, and I did not find them challenging. 4. Potential, Team, and Culture Interviews This was a lengthy three-hour session involving six different people. They asked many questions from various areas, but the questions were either too general or too broad. As a result, they were not challenging and felt more like a survey. Overall, my experience was neutral. The interviewers were excellent and welcoming, and the entire process was smooth and transparent. However, I believe the interview flow was flawed because it did not adequately measure the skills required for the position. I felt I could not fully express my qualifications in relation to the position's requirements. I was not offered the position, as they chose someone else. I wish the company success in its journey!

      She asked about my background and why I wanted to work there, described the hiring process (5-6 rounds. Seemed excessive) via a detailed set of slides, and told me that I would get a response within two weeks. I had to remind them 2.5 weeks later. She said that they were having a hard time finding someone for the role. She looked less than half of my age.
