for an internship, there is a group interview. At first, you present yourself and what recomends you for the position and then a HR representative, a really nice lady, asks you to make aprox 4 teams and then hands in a task to discuss upon a given subject

After a game on the internship, I had a quick call with a recruiter on a mobile phone. She asked about me and asked me to describe the project I had worked on. I had applied to data and AI departments, so I described machine learning projects and agentic AI projects, and she asked about my SQL skills. Throughout that process, it was most important to tell about myself as much as possible and to mention technologies and languages. After that, I had a technical call with the manager. He asked for more details about the project, especially Gen-AI projects, since I applied to a team with Gen-AI projects. So there weren’t any hard questions, just a description of my projects. He asked how I detected hallucinations about the RAG, and the interview was fast and fun.

The interview was conducted over a phone call and followed a fairly standard structure. It began with the usual “tell me about yourself” question, then moved into a discussion of my projects and CV, and concluded with some technical questions.
