Entrevista
The job consultant has arranged for the screening process. Once shortlisted, i was called for personal interview and was conducted by the hiring manager from business team (who would be the line manager). After few days, i had the telephonic interview with senior management. Once selected, i was put to HR to discuss compensation and next steps.

About current role and responsibilities, past roles, achievements and major contribution. Domain knowledge. Multiple questions to understand my capabilities and situational questions to know how i would respond to a scenario etc.,
first they will check you CV then an interview will be set up with the HR then you will have an interview with your immediate manager. finally you will receive a confirmation that you got the job or if they wish to proceed no more.

Experience and works I have done related to the job application
One first interview as a pre-selection with HR. Then comes a second interview with the direct line manager. If you crack it then you'll have another interview with the senior manager or the director. If all is ok, the final interview with HR to finalize contractual points.
Cv, lettre puis entretien rapide avec le manager et le RH. Entretien dans le mois qui suivait pour une candidature en interne. Un entretien précédent sur pourquoi orange. Je ne sais pas quoi ajouter de plus pour les 30 mots
