1. with recruiter - just a quick meet & greet. 2. Coding challenge with an interviewer - usually a IC5 does this and was a great experience with him. These folks are familiar with multiple languages so feel free to choose popular ones. 3. Loop interview with 5 team members - Total waste of time. The bar setter was full of attitude that he tried to end the meeting in 20 mins. The coding challenge was a nightmare that none of the interviewers were familiar with js. Oracle must understand that java/python is typically used for server sided language and not for coding challenges. Today most devs use js to solve them easily, but the interviewers looked clueless even though the code ran passing the tests. Find a better company who trains their interviewers better. IC4 should be familiar in atleast 2 languages otherwise they don't fall into that category whatsoever.
