I got ghosted after asking if I'd be able to schedule for anything other than third shifts. They were also extremely eager to hire. I was called by a recruiter before I knew the name of the company. And the pay was mid but overtime was offered.

This job will have several different shifts that need to be done consecutively. Most of the other employees have been hired to work during normal hours, and the only consistent shifts we can offer are late night shifts. Would you be able to work a shift between 10pm and 7am?
