Basically the usual process now days. Send in CV and resume, wait a few weeks until they sort themselves. After that you will get an assessment to determine your quick thinking and decision making skills in the form of a game, quite fun and easy from the usual numerical and verbal reasoning. After that you get a one way interview, this was quite hard because not all of the questions were the common company questions and neither was it technical, some instead were about business, such as: "If you were a sales manager..." etc. After that a phone call to the assessment centre for the usual group work and 1 on 1 interview. The AC was very fun no need to be nervous about it just be prepared to meet new people, the assessors and graduates that you meet are also extremely nice too.
