I have never dealt with this type of unprofessionalism before. After sharing my screen for a few minutes and explaining the process, the manager arrives LATE, requested for the screen sharing to be stopped, and announced that because I'm not skilled in something called "WorkView" to shut down the interview immediately. This is a skill that can be learned in a matter of days. Over my 30+ years of experience working doing Onbase and other program-related jobs, along with having met 99% of the requirements in the job posting, I have never dealt with this type of unprofessionalism before.
