first round online assessment, plays games and probability questions, then hr interview ask behavioral questions focusing on team work, how to work with ppl and your trading motivations. Didnt pass the hr round.
The interview process starts with a timed online assessment covering probability / statistics knowledge; if the candidate is successful, they will be invited to participate in virtual interviews over Zoom, followed by onsite rounds.

Everyone was always super nice and helpful during the interview, even if I made some calculation mistake.
First step was a bunch of games and math problems; they test reaction speed, dexterity as well as quant stuff.
Second interview was a game using dice, cards etc. and given a specific outcome, you find arbitrage opportunities to make money.
