Entrevista
OA, 1 technical phone call, 1 recruiter screen, two more technical phone calls, and then a behavioral round with an experienced trader. OA had multiple parts and took a couple hours to finish, all the games were interacting with bots that played different games.

The interview process starts with a timed online assessment covering probability / statistics knowledge; if the candidate is successful, they will be invited to participate in virtual interviews over Zoom, followed by onsite rounds.

- Final round (Behavioural + Technical)
Everyone was always super nice and helpful during the interview, even if I made some calculation mistake.
First step was a bunch of games and math problems; they test reaction speed, dexterity as well as quant stuff.
Second interview was a game using dice, cards etc. and given a specific outcome, you find arbitrage opportunities to make money.
