Typical phone screen with HR. One year paid non-compete salary only. They had no answer to my favorite question "what makes you competitive". I was told next steps are a 3 question Hacker Rank coding test (expected to take 2 hours) before being able to speak to a developer and then the on-site. I declined to move further. I did peer at the coding test and there's [possibly intentional] sub-par starting code. I was not able to assess quality of technology with even basic questions I had - such as "do you use continuous integration" - during the first round. Coding tests are your standard data structure questions. Just know how to work with a binary tree and you'll pass.
A bit anxiety inducing, there were two developers observing and asking questions. Real-time problem solving required, conducted on Hacker Rank virtually, video and mic enabled - quite nervewracking to say the least
I had one round, which was an online HackerRank test. I wasn’t able to pass all the test cases, and as a result, I did not progress to the next stage of the process.
A lot of interviews. Started off with a call, then some online tests. Then a technical interview. Then a live coding interview along with a architecture interview. Last step would have been final day interview but I did not get that far.
