the interview was a multi-stage interview, first there is a screening by a talent acquisition person just to make sure we are not wasting the technical resources time, second there is a technical screening conducted by one of the principal or senior consultants, mine was conducted by the principal consultant, and last there was a manager interview, in interviewed with the team manager for the west

Technical interview
Present an already done penetration test report to the Director and fellow security consultant.
I made it to the final round. The expectations/ objectives of the pen test presentation were not clear going into the interview. Didn’t get a great feeling about the leadership. Crashed and burned during the presentation. Was offered a second chance to present a report that Ive written, but declined. Didn’t feel like the right environment.
