Got a call from HR. She asked some "technical questions", though it was totally visible that she had no knowledge. after that i was called in their office. had a aptitude, reasoning, maths, English and Java EXAM. It was like pathetic test as if i was giving some long college exam.after that i had one technical round and one HR round. No time management at all was there. I reached at 9 A.M and then left at 9 P.M.. and they just said we will call u later.. Till now no call from that side.. Please Beware.

It was worst experience . I received mail from HR optiontown for java developer profile. In the mail she/he had not mention clearly about framework (Spring or struts, both was mentioned). I have experience in spring framework. When I reached for interview hr told, she is looking for professional who has good experience on struts only.
Then she said to take an assessment test as first round. She asked for my email to send test at mail id. I gave my email id. After sometime hr came and said test is not being sent at your email Id. I gave another email id. She again came after some time with same issue.
I requested her to take some other interview round to assess my knowledge. But she forbid directly.
It was just waste of my time and money

I was applied online by writing a mail to the HR. They approached me back with an online test link. The test having 3 rounds Reasoning & aptitude, Verbal and functional test (technical MCQs). You need to score good to receive a call for interview. They scheduled an interview the very next day of online test @ their office in pitampura, New Delhi. In the face-off round I faced only technical questions and salary negotiation. You can expect questions from your resume....
