It starts with an aptitude test round with around 35 questions. You need to crack atleast 25 to get to the next round. The questions are based on blood and relations, arrangements, speed time distance, mixture and composition and coding basics. Next round is technical round which is the most difficult round. You will be asked questions on oops, project you have worked on and very basic questions on coding which we often ignore. Do note it's not like an ordinary theory learned q&a but technically sound questioning round. When you reach next round, you have a machine test. Basically the logic and a correct output is what they look for in this round. Next round is the HR round with a senior member of the company. It is based on some logical understanding and how to look on things. In short, if you clear other rounds, you will be selected. It's more of a final face to face.

The recruitment process consisted of multiple stages. Initially, there was an online assessment, after which around 24 students from my campus were shortlisted. This was followed by an in-person group discussion round. After the GD, I appeared for two technical interview rounds. The first round focused on core subjects like OOPS, C++, Data Structures & Algorithms, and SQL. The second round was more project-oriented, where I explained my work and the technologies I’ve used. Despite progressing through all the stages, none of the candidates from our campus were selected. It seemed that the company’s expectations leaned more towards candidates with prior industry experience, which made the selection criteria quite challenging for freshers like us.
