1. Approached by a Brazilian recruiter for the initial screening. 2. Received some questions to answer via video and in writing. 3. Interview with the area manager. 4. Case presentation with the area manager and the sales team. 5. Interview with the VP of Marketing. 6. Interview with the Talent Acquisition Director. 7. Meeting with my references. 8. Job offer. The process was quite "intense," but the HR team kept me updated at all times and was very attentive. I really enjoyed participating in the process! Everyone I met during the interviews was very friendly and made the process a much more pleasant and smooth experience. There wasn’t a single week where I was "in the dark." I always knew exactly what the next step would be, and all my questions were answered very promptly. My rating for this recruitment process is 10.

Applied through LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out for an initial screening call. Standard screening questions. Take home assessment. Mix of video questions, written questions, and technical questions based on a scenario of working with the Optimove API. Finished off with a reasoning question. 1st round interview with Hiring Manager- competency-based, more focused on cultural fit, application of previous experience. 2nd round presentation and solution demonstration to a panel of four. Additional 'technical fit' interview with a Senior SE to more fully understand technical background and practical applications. Recruitment team stayed in really close contact throughout the whole process- thank you Lucy for assisting me with everything, you were genuinely awesome. Had a very positive experience overall and am very excited to join. Only bit of feedback would be that the final 'technical fit' interview was unexpected, so it could be worth exploring how this could be more firmly understood throughout the prior interview stages so this stage is not necessary in the future. It did not cause me any problems though and I understand why it happened.
