Had a 30 mins Phone interview followed by FOUR HOURS of interview to find out only that they need more leadership and design exp If they were not interested in my candidature, how come they downloaded and kept visiting my project on public site ??? I would avoid this company as they lack empathy and respect for individual time. They will never hire anyone as they are very rigid and skeptical. If my guess is right, there will more attrition in this company soon. As jobs open and close in regular pace (and it is reflected in there style of interview too)
