Applied online and was contacted same day to schedule 1st interview. The interviewer seemed somewhat distracted, but overall conversation went very well. Waited about a week before receiving a follow up to schedule 2nd panel interview. Conversation flowed easily and covered the basic interview questions. I followed up twice with my contacts and received no updates
