During the interview, I met with the Principal, Assistant Principal, and Lead Special Education Specialist. They asked me about my teaching experience, writing IEPs, and the IEP meeting process. They wanted to know how I am as a team member and how I like to work with my students. It was a very comfortable and smooth interview.

The interview process as a whole was communicative, friendly, and easy-going. Everything went smoothly and I heard back quickly. The application did not take a lot of time to complete and the interview itself definitely had more of a conversational feel to it.
