Series of telephone interviews by multiple members of the sales organization, and one on site interview with a series of interviews and presentations to various departments. One presentation was of your choice and one presentation was a homework assignment.

Entrevista
There is no process. This is a company full of "awesome" and "way cool" . Very light on professionalism, content and experience. Light-hearted, ultra casual culture in a very serious, professional utility industry. Like having Google sell to IBM. Great vision and mission!

There were none except a quizzical "where did you say you come from again?". Interview ended and I decided not to pursue. Wrong culture for industry veterans.
