The interview process comprised of a 30 min phone interview with an HR manager followed by a Skype interview with two members of the programs team, lasting about 30 minutes. The next step in the interview process was apparently an all-day interview in person, however, I did not receive an invitation for the final round.
It was requested that I have the availability open to come to the third-round interview, however, I never received notice of a decline for an invitation for the final interview. There was an impression given that an invitation for the third round was going to be extended. I had to send more than one email before I received notification of the decline two days before the final interview.
Overall, the interview process was average but I was very frustrated at the lack of follow-through from HR. I am not overly upset that I did not secure the position and still believe that Operation Smile does incredibly valuable work and is a good organization.
