An exhausting, tedious and unnecessary interview process, of eight (8) (unbelievable!), lengthy and meaningless 1:1 interviews (!). Not a serious organisation to work for. Questions were totally out of context; interviewers didn't appear willing to conduct the interviews... Took ages to book meetings, which were cancelled most of the times half-an-hour beforehand! I was intrigued by the company growth, but apart from that, it is very disorganised. Recruiter mixed phone numbers, didn't apologise. They went through my CV couple of times, and only one person (during the 7th interview) said that they are not certain what they are looking for. Completely waste of time! It took three weeks to schedule the final phone conversation in order to announce to them that I wouldn't like to proceed.
