Opera Solutions came to our college as part of the college placement drive. First round was shortlisting of candidates based on Resume. Second round was a 60 mins aptitude and logical test. The selected candidates were then interviewed a few days later. There were 3 interview rounds. First one was kind of technical/guesstimates interview. They were asking few technical questions and even some unrelated questions to put you in a stressful situation and see how you handle it. It was an elimination round. Second interview round was a quick HR round and wasn't an elimination round. The third and final round was an overall interview round with technical, HR and other kind of questions. In the interviews it seemed as if they already had made their mind and weren't in a mood to take many people. So they were rejecting and eliminating people even after good interviews and for bizzare reasons.

There were two interviews, one was a case interview. The people are very nice and have a interest in understanding what it is about you that would make you an asset to their organizations. Very broad questions give you the chance to make what you may of them and really just express whatever you want to share. Sometimes I felt maybe I was speaking more but they were very polite and friendly. The case was not tough but I had imagined it would be different than what I was given so I was off guard a little bit but worked into it.
