Interviewed with a developer and had a really open and honest discussion about the type of work, the clients, the challenges, etc... the culture seems very important to them and while there's perhaps a laid-back feel it was clear that the quality of work done was really important to them and was reflected in how many people they interview and don't hire, I think

Pregunta 1
questions were very focused on handling consultancy-type situations: how to disagree with a client, how to control scope creep, that kind of thing... less about technical/coding skills
Interview will include a core member of staff and someone from your discipline. It can be a bit of a hit or miss depending on who you get, Im not sure if the process is consistent across different areas of the business!

Very easy, well informed. Kept updated of each step of the process. There are 3 stages I believe and you can choose to have feedback over Teams or via email.
