The total experience is ok but several small problems. I applied online and it took me nearly two months. Firstly it's a HR screen and then two rounds technical interview scheduled by her assistant. All of these were good. However there's no feedback after the second one and the assistant didn't reply. I then emailed the first HR interviewed me. She told me that director goes to holiday. Then at night her assistant just emailed me telling me they already scheduled a 10-minute follow-up interview without asking my availability. I replied with not available at that time and can do it right away. Then the HR called me and told me they will not move forward. The reason is not I am not qualified but the new hiring manager wants a senior one with 3~5 fronted years from now on. It does not make sense because my friends already got their offer for this position before and he has no front-end experience at all.
